You may place your order by way of the on-line shopping cart on our  
secure server.  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! 

All phone calls and emails are returned as quickly as possible. Aurora Bijoux accepts PayPal, personal checks and money orders. If an online payment is not made, we hope to see your payment within 10 days after the order is placed if paying by check or money order.  Merchandise for payments not received within 10 days will be returned to the general inventory. Personal checks must clear prior to any order being processed and shipped.

Most orders ship within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

Layaway

~ We offer a 60 day Layaway Plan. 1/3 of the total price will hold any item for 60 days. Layaway deposits are not refundable and Layaway merchandise is not returnable. If the initial deposit is not received within ten days of placing the order, followed by scheduled payment dates for the balance, the merchandise will be released for sale on the website. 

Shipping

~ All Aurora Bijoux orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail and the buyer is responsible for these fees. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

~ Other shipping methods are available (although not recommended) upon request however should you select uninsured shipping Aurora Bijoux will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

International Orders

~ Sorry, Aurora Bijoux does not accept credit cards for international orders.  International orders will only be accepted when paid for in advance via American Express money orders paid in U.S. dollars OR verified international PayPal accounts.  We regret that other forms of payment can not be accepted at this time.  

We Guarantee Your Satisfaction

~ All item are represented as accurately as possible however there are instances when holding an item in your hand varies greatly from viewing a photograph. 

~ In these situations returns will only be accepted if the return is made within SEVEN (7) days.  A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.  All packages are to be fully insured.
Sorry – items from the Wounded Soldiers Section are NOT refundable or returnable.

~ You MUST notify us of your intention to make a return so that we will be expecting your package. RETURNS THAT ARE SENT WITHOUT OUR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE WILL BE REFUSED. 

~ Aurora Bijoux welcomes and appreciates your business. Although some returns are inevitable, orders that are returned because of “Window Shopping” OR “Buyer’s Remorse” are subject to a 20% restocking fee that may be applied at the owner’s discretion.
